    The ETM PRO frost protection heating cable is a plug-in heating circuit based on a two-wire heating cable. The heating cable compensates for the heat loss at the pipe that occurs during the cold season and thus reliably prevents the pipe from freezing and protects it from damage. This extends the service life of the pipe and reduces repair and operating costs. Via the bimetal thermostat installed in the connection muff, the heating circuit switches on automatically at +3 \u00b0C and off again at +12 \u00b0C, depending on the workpiece temperature.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

    The ETM PRO heating circuit consists of a fixed resistance heating cable with a UV-resistant polyolefin outer sheath and is equipped with a PTC thermistor (2m length) with plug, a connection sleeve with integrated bimetal thermostat and an end termination. The factory-made, cast connection muff e and the end termination are reliably and tightly sealed.
    The sheathing with aluminium tape with 100 % coverage inside the cable provides additional mechanical strength and, together with a copper by-wire, serves as an earthing measure for safe operation.<\/p>
